 1. ARE YOU ABLE TO MEET WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I'M IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE / COUNTRY?
Yes! I can work with you via video chat no matter where in the world you are located.

2. WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I work in precious metals, primarily with gold (18K, 14K, 10K in different colors) and platinum. I also work with precious and semi-precious gemstones, like diamonds, sapphires or any other type of gemstone. I also source pearls like South Sea, Tahitians or Akoya pearls.

3. CAN I USE MY OWN GEMSTONES OR REPURPOSE MY OWN JEWELRY FOR THEIR GEMSTONES AND METAL? 
You are welcome to repurpose your existing gemstones for our project together. Gemstones must be in good condition, free of cracks or chips. Bring these with you to our consultation and I will examine them under a microscope to determine if we can work with them or not. I do not reuse the metal from your heirloom pieces. I can extract the gemstones but will return the metal to you.
4. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED?
Request an appointment with me. During an initial call, we’ll talk about your project so I can get a sense for whether we are a creative fit to proceed with a proper consultation.

5. DO YOU REQUIRE A DESIGN FEE AND/OR A PROJECT DEPOSIT?

I require a $500.00 consultation fee for our first design meeting. This fee is applied towards the project fee should you decide to move forward with me. If we move onto sketches and proposals, you will receive a document with the options and their fees for your review. Based on the option you choose, you will pay a 50% deposit for the project fee to put the work into production.
6. HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Custom projects can take anywhere between 6-24 weeks to complete depending on how fast you make decisions, the time of year we begin, your spot on my waiting list, as well as the complexity of the design, sourcing/availability of gemstones, and materials you’ve selected for your project. 

 I recommend that you start your project 6-8 months in advance of the completion date you desire. A 25% Rush Fee of the total project fee will be added to your quote if you wish to move ahead on my waiting list.

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND ONCE THE PROJECT HAS BEGUN?
Once the deposit has been paid and the project begun, you can make minor design changes to the piece. Once the piece goes out to the caster no further changes can be made without a change order fee.
